Tavis Campbell cut his teeth on the sunny slopes of southern California, eventually tiring of the slush and smog. A stint in Fort Collins earned him a foresty degree and an appreciation for real snow and mountains. Tavis continued northward to Montana, eventually settling into a career as a Firefighter/EMT. Spare time is spent chasing elk in the fall and his wife & kids on skis during the winter. Born and raised in Montana, Sam was first introduced to sliding on snow at Big Sky and immediately fell in love. He has skied extensively in North America, Europe, and Scandinavia and has called Bridger Bowl home since 1986. A graduate of Montana State University, Sam is a Smokejumper for the U.S. Forest Service and his writing has been published in Powder Magazine.
The guide is now available via the Rakkup app on your iOS or Android device.
